As for me, the location was perfect and beautiful, adjacent to a long hike and theth run by a lovely and very welcoming family and the garden. I had a double room with a shared bathroom.

Good for one night. Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, favourable location in the region. Reasonably spacious and beautiful rooms with comfy beds, a dining area and a seating area. Clean bathroom and a bidet with good sewerage...

I loved staying at this beautiful hotel in the village with nice units and a lovely terrace view that made our stay very enjoyable.

Booked a room with stunning views of the mountains outside. Having a bidet, towels, and slippers was a bonus. - I liked the location which was comfortable, not far from the mountains. - Run by a lovely and very welcoming family. - the shop in the village and the hill with a great mountain view were nice.

The room at Guest House Gjelaj was so cozy and comfy, with a nice seating area. It made me feel right at home after a long day of exploring Theth. The triple room had a cool tile/marble floor, giving it a stylish touch. I loved having a private entrance in the double room, it felt like my own little hideaway.

I wished the rooms had their own bathrooms instead of shared ones. It's just my personal preference, but others might not mind.

The staff are all exceptional and kind. the location is particularly good and marvellous, as the hotel is based in the shop in the village. - It's nestled in a beautiful building near the mountains up from Theth run by a lovely and very welcoming family, Shkodra and the hike.

The view was breathtaking, with mountains as far as the eye could see. It was a great spot to relax and soak in the tranquility. The family that ran the place were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The homemade food was delicious, especially the paprika stew and salad made from fresh garden vegetables. In terms of location, it was the first guest house from Valbona->Theth, meaning it was high up and offered remarkable views.

The steep walk up from Theth might be challenging for some, especially those who aren't used to a lot of walking. Additionally, the breakfast menu lacked variety, with only pancakes, bread, and cheese available.

I recently stayed at Guest House Gjelaj during my hike to Valbonë, and it was the perfect starting point. The guest house is beautifully located with stunning mountain views and a charming garden. The rooms are comfortable and offer a great view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even preparing breakfast for us before our early departure. The traditional breakfast served was delicious and filling. the location, views, and hospitality made for a memorable stay.

The views from the guesthouse were breathtaking, and the tranquility of the location was unbeatable. The traditional breakfast they served was delicious and satisfying. the guesthouse is conveniently located directly on the trail to Valbona, making it perfect for hikers.

That the location of the guesthouse required a 30-minute uphill hike from the town, which might be challenging for some. However, for those doing the Valbona hike, it actually cuts out some uphill hiking on the trek.
